This is based off something that happened before they started playing 'Bitches' at Bamboozle.
Someone had thrown an umbrella at the stage, and a security guard caught it.
As the guy was walking past Jimmy, Jimmy saw it and ran after him yelling 'MARY POPPINS WANTS! MARY POPPINS WAANTS!' and grabbed it from the guy.
after that I knew I had to draw it .Cx
